Jeffrey Bukowski, President

Jeffrey Bukowski’s experience in public relations is deep and wide. He has worked in agency, corporate and not-for-profit settings, achieving substantial results in media relations, crisis communications and strategic planning throughout his 10-year career.

He began his career as a reporter, covering the Food and Drug Administration, the health care industry and a wide variety of arts and leisure stories for outlets in the Baltimore-Washington market. Since beginning his public relations career with The Alliance for Aging Research, he has honed his considerable writing skills and become an expert in presenting valuable information in a clear, concise manner.

Bukowski considers good public relations an educational process — one in which target audiences are not “sold,” but rather taught, the benefits of a given program, product or company.

In 2008, Bukowski’s work was recognized by the Public Relations Society of America’s Maryland chapter. He received a Best in Maryland award for a front-page story in The Philadelphia Business Journal and two Awards of Excellence for an op-ed placement in The Baltimore Sun and a media launch campaign. A graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, Bukowski enjoys playing guitar and is an avid reader. He is a devoted husband and a doting father of three girls.
